Bugs that need to be fixed

These are some bugs that I have found. I have listed the last date I've noticed the bug along with the time. Note: If I don't remember exactly what time it was, I'll guesstimate or not include the time.
KoC bug: KoC cap has been removed in order to make it so that KoCs have to become lv200 to rebirth. However, KoCs may still RB from anytime from lvl 120-200.

Snipe bug: xbowman's 4th job skill Snipe does max damage.

HUD[Heads Up Display] bug: Whenever I level, my HUD turns gray and my hp/mp becomes unreadable, thus making it hard for me to know when to pot.

same with third problem and my exp gets messed up like evertime i kill a least 5 silver slimes then i have to do @expfix over and over
